Prefer not to go out of your way? We’ll deliver your poster directly to your hotel or any address you specify. Just give us the name and address, and your poster will be waiting when you arrive.

How to prepare your scientific poster for perfect printing
File format: PDF only
The ideal format is a closed, print-ready PDF with all content embedded (images, fonts, graphs, etc.).
If you designed it in PowerPoint, Illustrator, Canva, or InDesign, export it as a high-quality PDF.
File size = final desired size
No need for bleed, trim marks, or margins—just make sure the document size matches the final print size.
Minimum resolution: 150 dpi (recommended: 200–300 dpi)
To ensure sharp print quality, all content (especially images and graphs) should have at least 150 dpi.
Avoid using screenshots or web images, as they can look pixelated when enlarged.
Use legible, high-contrast fonts
Choose clear fonts, large enough to be read from a distance, with strong contrast against the background.
This is key in brightly lit congress venues.
Stick to 2–3 fonts max
And make sure no text is too close to the edges.
